Pennsylvania: Chub and Brook trout
We traveled on to the Allegheny National Forest in Pennsylvania, stopping to see the Kane Chapel in Kane, PA where we’d visited many times when we lived in NY State many years ago. Then we visited the Kinzua Bridge, which was partially destroyed by a tornado. We were able to walk out on the remaining portion and look out over the Valley to a wonderful view.
Russ was able a to fish a small stream near our campground (September 19) and caught what we later discovered was a Chub. He then fished the small stream through the campground and caught 3 small brook trout and one chub on parachute adams.
